Nationally ranked care. Another way our love for kids just keeps on growing.

When your classmate has cancer

Children are naturally inquisitive and when a child's classmate has cancer there’s no exception to that. At SSM Cardinal Glennon we encourage children to be curious and to ask questions. This helps to relieve fears and dispel myths.

One of our Child Life specialists along with a couple of patients take you on a tour and answer some of the most common questions about cancer and kids in this video. You’ll also meet some special volunteers and doctors.

If you, your child, student or friend still has questions about cancer and how it may affect you or your classroom, please call David Ish at 314-268-2700 ext. 2425.

Thank you to Friends of Kids with Cancer for helping make this video possible.
