- Assists families in locating and selecting child care through consumer education on choosing quality child care and referrals to child care. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of families.

Child Nutrition Services
- CDCA is a sponsor for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) for family child care providers in both Missouri and Illinois. They provide child nutrition education and reimbursement for meals and snacks served to children that meet the USDA guidelines
